Second: I desire that my beloved friend Jerimiah Donehue known and passing under the name of Jerimiah Pipkin, endivin to be many kind office as a son, and having raised and cared for him from his infancy I desire that he shall have, and to that end I do here by give and bequeath unto him the said Jerimiah Donehue, all and singular the property which I shall leave at my death either personal or real, he having been to me as a kind and a affecionate son and having by his earnings assisted me in my support since he became of age sufficient to do so and having truly assisted me in the acquestion of whatever property I shall leave.
