To the Surveyor of the said County, Greeting,

You are hereby required, as soon as may be, to lay off and survey, for Elisha Pipkin a Tract or Parcel of Land, containing two hundred & fifty Acres, lying in the County aforesaid, on the North side of Falling Creek Joining his own Joshua Granthams & Stephen Pipkins lines.

Observing the Directions of the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided for running out Lands. Two just and fair Plans of such Survey, with a proper Certificate annexed to each, you are to transmit, with this Warrant, to the Secretary's Office without Delay.

Survey'd for Elisha Pipkin a plantation containing two hundred & fifty acres land in Dobbs County on the North side falling Creek, Begining at a pissimon tree standing in a Meadow on Jno Bizzels line & 35 pole from sd Bizzels Corner thence runing with sd line South Eighty nine & East two hundred & eighteen pole to a white oak in sd Bizzels line then with Joshua Granthams line South one hundred & eighty five pole to a Blackjack, Elisha Pipkins corner thence with his line West two hundred & eighteen pole to a pine then a Direct line to the Begining.
