At a County Court of Pleas and Sessions Begun and held for the County of Wayne at the Court house in Waynesborough on the Second Monday in January being the Fourteenth day Anno Dom 1793

Upon motion it is ordered that administration on the Estate of Elisha Pipkin late of Wayne County decd be Granted to Hanah Pipkin widow & Relict of the said deceased who enters into Bond with John Westbrook & Willis Pipkin her Securities in the sum of Three thousand pounds current money who is approved of &c

Ordered that Hanah Pipkin administratrix of the estate of Elisha Pipkin decd have leave to such part of the perishable Estate of the said decd negroes Excepted as will enable her to pay the debts of the deceased

Hannah Pipkin Executrix of the Estate of Elisha Pipkin decd returned an Inventory of the Estate of the said Elisha Pipkin ordered the same be recorded

Ordered that John Westbrooke be appointed Guardian of Joseph, Elisah, Charly, James, Milly, Ruth, orphans of Elisah Pipkin late of Wayne County deceased who Enters into Bond with Stephen Jernigan and John Garland Jun his Securities in the sum of Five thousand pounds current Money
