At a court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions held for said court at the Court House in Waynesboro on the 3rd Monday in February AD 1839 it being the 18th day of sd month.

Ordered that Jas Everitt be appointed Guardian to the heirs of Lovet Pipkin by his entering into bond in the sum of $2,000 with Solomon Pope Security.
