McEachern 21 Apr 1807 - Inventory of Estate of William Duncan, dec'd, rendered by Edm'd Duncan, Adm'r; ordered recorded. 11 Jul 1807 - Appointed Anna Duncan Guardian to her son Isaac Duncan, a minor, she gave bond of £1,000; ordered she take his estate into possession. 27 Jul 1807 - Account of Sale of Estate of William Duncan, dec'd; exhibited, ordered recorded 17 Oct 1808 - Appointed Anna Duncan Guardian to Sarah Duncan, a Minor, she gave bond of £500; ordered clerk file said bond and that she take her Estate into possession etc.
Duplin County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions 1809-1811 by Joyce Jones Franks 17 Oct 1809 - Lamuel Cherry is appointed Guardian to Stephen Duncan and has given bond in the sum of two hundred fifty pounds according to law. Ordered that he take his estate into his hands.
