Wayne County, NC May Term 1820 Ordered that Britton Hood, Lewis Cogdell and Rob't McKinne be a committee to settle between the adm'r of Mills Pipkin and the guardian of the Heirs of Mills Pipkin dec'd and referred to next court.

12 Aug 1821 - Heirs of Mills Pipkin Dec'd (Viz) Moses, Susanna and Asher Pipkin to pay Margaret Pipkin for five years board and clothing. In other documents in the estate papers she's referred to as Peggy and is said to be daughter of Francis Cogdell of Wayne County. This document indicates Mills died prior to 1814.
