"Sketches" - Record five addendum I do not believe that the information you have on the children of Enos Pipkin and Elizabeth Dill is correct. In my search, it looks like some of the children of Phillip Pipkin (brother of Enos) have been included. I am a descendent of Enos Pipkin through his son, Thomas Putnam Pipkin, whose daughter was Mattie Frances Pipkin who was my grandmother. Other researches have born this out. I've been trying to find all of the children of Enos Pipkin who was married to Betsy Dill and the only ones I can feel certain about are: Aser, Stewart Benjamin, Phillip and Thomas Putnam Pipkin. (Thomas Putnam was my great-grandfather.) Enos' brother, Phillip was married to: 1. Margaret Brown 2. Susannah Morris. According to copies of old letters I have, he had 7 children by Margaret Brown: Thomas B., Patsy, Robert Stewart, Tabitha, Enos, John and Polly, all born between Jan. 1794 and Oct. 1806. Susanna Morris was his neice by marriage and they had 8 children, all born between July 1811 and Apr. 1824. The only child I have from that marriage is Paris Pipkin. Phillip and his second family moved to St. Louis Co., Mo. about 1830. Doris Dement dorisdement@earthlink.net
