Located about halfway between Mulberry and Lakeland on Fitzgerald Road between Highway 37 and Scott Lake.

The original ten acres was given by Mylas Alexander Fitzgerald (1814-1899), grandfather of Sarah Catherine Moore Pipkin, (wife of Daniel Moses Pipkin). It was part of or adjacent to Fitzgerald's homestead on Scott Lake.
