of Neuse River and West side of Falling Creek Begining at a Red Oak near
Thomas Bizels Corner Thence runing along his Line No. 7 Wt. 140 pole to a
White Oak, thence Wt. 228 pole to a pine thence So. 7 E. 140 pole to a Water
Oak in or nigh Bizels Line, then Et. along Bizels Line 228 pole to the first
Station including 200 Acres.
