To the Surveyor of the said County, Greeting,

You are hereby required, as soon as may be, to lay off and survey, for Joseph Pipkin a Tract or Parcel of Land, containing Sixty (sic) Acres, lying in the County aforesaid, on the So. Side of upper Falling Creek Joining his own & James Rhodes's line.

Observing the Directions of the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided for running out Lands. Two just and fair Plans of such Survey, with a proper Certificate annexed to each, you are to transmit, with this Warrant, to the Secretary's Office without Delay.

Surveyed for Joseph Pipkin a plantation containing forty acres land in Dobbs County on the South side of Neuse & South side of Back Branch of falling Creek Begining at a pine & white oak on sd Creek James Rhodeses Begining tree runing thence with his line South thirty five & West one hundred & sixty pole to a pine & scrub oak his corner then South seventy eight & East thirty Eight pole to a Hickory his own Corner thence with his own line North thirty five & East one Hundred & eighty pole to a white oak on the Creek thence up the Creek to the Begining.
