To the Surveyor of the said County, Greeting,

You are hereby required, as soon as may be, to lay off and survey, for Joseph Pipkin a Tract or Parcel of Land, containing one hundred & seventy Acres, lying in the County aforesaid, on the No. side of upper Falling Creek Joining his own and Elisha Pipkins lines.

Observing the Directions of the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided for running out Lands. Two just and fair Plans of such Survey, with a proper Certificate annexed to each, you are to transmit, with this Warrant, to the Secretary's Office without Delay.

Surveyed for Joseph Pipkin a plantation Containing one hundred seventy Acres of Land in Dobbs County on the No. side of the upper prong of falling Creek Begining at a water oak in sd. Creek on his own line & runing with sd line North forty Eight pole to a pine his Corner thence South Eighty five & East sixty four pole to a pine Elisha Pipkins Corner thence North five & East two hundred pole to a white oak on or near his other Corner thence with his own line West Ninety Eight pole to a Blackjack on his own line thence with sd line South twelve & East thirty pole to a white oak his Corner thence South Sixty three & West sixty Eight pole to a Red Oak on his line on Kelleys Branch thence with the meanders of sd Branch to the Begining.
